After October 31, we will no longer accept hardcopy or emailed exam and renewal applications. All applications and documentation must be submitted online.
ASNT offers a secure process that allows you to renew an ASNT certification online, with the ability to upload documents related to your certification, as well as pay for related fees online.
Required Documentation for Verification of Qualifications
Do not begin your application until you have reviewed and completed all required documentation and forms. Failure to upload the required documentation may result in your certification application being delayed or denied.
Personnel that fail three examination attempts in a 1-year period must provide written documentation of 20 hours of additional radiation safety training as determined by the candidate's RSO, and must wait at least six months before re-examining.
