Determine the experience requirements that apply to you. In order to apply for ISQ, candidates are required and expected to have:
at least a certification equal to Level II UT
Get a Level II Certification Recognized Around the World
Obtaining ASNT NDT or 9712 Level II certifications in ultrasonic testing (UT) provides foundational knowledge and principles needed for ISQ.

To be sure your application for ISQ is considered—and that you get timely approval—be sure to:
