Guidelines for CWI/SCWI Certification Renewal
ASNT CWI certifications must be renewed by the same expiration date as your American Welding Society CWI/SCWI certification.
You can submit your renewal application up to six months before the expiration date.
Be sure to submit your renewal application and payment at least 60 days before your expiration date.

visual acuity form completed by your employer or eye doctor
